When I met with Meredith and Connor for the first time I knew I was meeting a one of a kind couple. We shared our love of art, travel and Paris over a light dinner at Soho House in Chicago. It was clear from the way they treated one another that they were deeply in love. By the time we ended our meeting, we felt like old friends. I was so excited to film their wedding day. When we talked about what kind of film they wanted for their wedding they shared with me all the heartfelt details they had put into the day.

When the day came, Brian and I talked about how best to capture their spirit. I expressed to Brian what I had witnessed in our first meeting. Connor ADORES Meredith and Meredith ADORES Connor. We knew we had to capture that sweetness on film. Working with our vendor friends throughout the day we teamed with Bliss, Avery House, HMR Designs, Larry King Orchestra and The Art Institute to seamlessly blend in to the production of the day. BLISS is one of our favorite teams to work with in the city. We know we are in good hands with them and can focus on what we do best: telling the story of the day. We were blown away by the talent of the team. I have NEVER seen Art Institute look so jaw dropping stunning. Larry King Orchestra rocked the night as always. You can hear his band throughout the film. All music referenced here was recorded live on site. This is why we love working with Larry. We can count on his talented musicians and technicians to get us the best sound possible.

In the editing room we laughed, cried and worked hard to make a feature that represented the moments Meredith and Connor told us were most important to them. The result is the beautiful feature film below.
